DELIVERY & PAYMENT
We offer a Next Day delivery service on orders placed before 2pm.
If you need delivery on same day, please call us +34695972352.
If you need delivery for a specific time, or a specific day, please leave a note in your order or contact us (email@example.com).
You also have a possibility to pick up your order from us in Adeje.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, transfers and cash. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you want to change your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make the changes for you.
IMPORTANT: Please note, some of our flowers are seasonal and may not be available at the time of your order. If some of the flowers are not available we will replace them with the closest alternative available. If the bouquet you have ordered not be possible to make we will be in touch with you to discuss.
CONFIRMATION & INVOICE
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email from us with order details. If you need an invoice for your company, please write company details in the comments field during check out.
